We make our woodfire pizza bases in the restaurant according to southern Italian traditions. Choose your favourite toppings and enjoy Exmouth’s best pizza, fresh from our wood oven.

We’ve combined influences from Italy, Australia and further abroad to create a mouth-watering woodfire pizza menu with options for everyone. Using fresh ingredients and homemade sauces, these are pizzas you won’t want to share.

You can get all our pizzas to take away, and we also have gluten-free woodfire pizza bases.

Just like our pizza bases, we make all our pasta in the restaurant (including gluten-free pasta). Fresh, homemade pasta fills your stomach and your soul like nothing else.

All our sauces use fresh, seasonal ingredients to their full potential, just like in Italy. From the classic Italian dishes like Carbonara and Bolognese, to Sicilian favourites like our Spaghetti allo Scoglio using local Exmouth seafood, there’s something for every taste.

We can’t tell you the recipe (it’s a secret), but we can guarantee you’ll want a second helping.

Feast your eyes and stomach on our famous smoked meats and main courses. The juiciest cuts, expertly prepared, served with a stack of sides. This is BBQ, Exmouth style.

As well as smoked meats that are fall-off-the-bone tender, our mains include WA pub favourites done The BBQ Father way.

In Italian cooking, secondi is the main meal. It will typically be protein-based to balance out the carbs from the first pasta course. We’ve taken things up a notch with ribs and brisket prepared in our imported Pitmaster smoker, creating mouth-watering mains that are guaranteed to hit the spot.

You should always leave room for dessert. Especially when it’s our locally famous Italian gelato we’re talking about.

We make our authentic gelato right here in the restaurant. So if you’re looking for Exmouth’s best ice cream, come and see us for a scoop (or three).

Our ice cream is also available in takeaway tubs, so you can bring the good times home.
